Referral Program Terms

These Referral Program Terms govern Jack’s pre-launch referral program (the “Program”). They are part of — and incorporated by reference into — the Terms of Service. By participating, you agree to these terms.

1. The offer

During pre-launch, an eligible Jack’s member (the “referrer”) who shares their unique referral link may earn $50 in promotional Jack’s store credit when one eligible new member (the “referred friend”) completes the required referral action through that link. Limit: one rewarded referral per member during pre-launch, unless we announce otherwise.

2. What counts — and what doesn’t

• Merely sending or sharing a referral link does not earn a reward. A reward is earned only when the referred friend completes the required referral action described below.
• Current required referral action: the referred friend creates an eligible Jack’s account — 21+ certified, with a unique, verified email address — via your referral link.
• We may require a stricter qualifying event. Before rewards are issued, Jack’s may require additional verification — for example, completed age/identity verification or a first qualifying purchase. If the qualifying event changes, we will update these terms and notify members before the change takes effect.
• Attribution: referrals are attributed through a 30-day, same-browser cookie set when your friend opens your referral link. If your friend signs up without your link, in a different browser, or outside the 30-day window, no reward is earned.

3. Eligibility

• The referrer must be a certified 21+ Jack’s member in good standing (account active, not suspended).
• The referred friend must be a new, eligible, unique individual: 21 or older, with their own unique verified email address, who has not previously held a Jack’s account.
• Self-referrals do not qualify. Referring yourself under a second email or identity earns nothing.
• Duplicate accounts, shared or borrowed identities, and automated or bot signups do not qualify and may lead to account termination.
• We may require additional verification of either party before releasing any reward.

4. The $50 credit

• Rewards are issued as promotional Jack’s store credit only.
• Credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, gifted, or redeemed for cash.
• Credit is usable only after Jack’s launches, subject to launch availability and the store’s terms at that time. Formal age/identity verification will be required before credit can be redeemed.
• Credit may carry an expiration date; any expiry terms will be disclosed to members before launch.
• Credit obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms will be voided.

5. Verification and withholding

Jack’s may withhold, delay, or void any reward pending verification of eligibility — including verification of the referrer’s and referred friend’s identities, ages, and account uniqueness. Our decisions on eligibility, qualification, and abuse are final.

6. Abuse prevention

We actively monitor for self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, repeated use of the same verified identity, and automated or coordinated signup abuse. Rewards tied to abusive activity will be voided, promotional credit forfeited, and accounts involved may be terminated. Attempting to circumvent these controls is a violation of the Terms of Service.

7. Changes and termination

We may modify, pause, or end the Program at any time, with notice to members. Credit that has already been earned and unlocked will be honored subject to these terms; pending, unearned, or unverified rewards may be affected by Program changes. If the Program ends before launch, unearned rewards expire with it.

8. Taxes

You are responsible for any tax consequences of rewards you receive. We recommend consulting a tax advisor if you have questions.
